With 15+ years of hands-on construction experience and more than $200 million in projects managed, Logan brings a depth of field knowledge that most consultants can't match. His career spans large-scale commercial construction, healthcare, hospitality, and ultra-luxury residential development — across markets throughout the United States.
His core strengths include owner's representation, pre-construction planning, contractor procurement, budget and schedule management, construction loan oversight, and project closeout. Every engagement is led personally by Logan, with no hand-offs and no junior staff.
